Enquiries and contact management
When you contact us, we process your contact details, message, chosen language and any related property to respond and organise further communication. Website enquiries are stored in our internal CRM. Required form fields are needed to handle your request; other information is optional.
Legal bases
We ask for your consent to process the contact form under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by email, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where your request concerns a contract, necessary processing may also take place to take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Legal obligations may require further processing under Article 6(1)(c). Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Operation and security
We process technically necessary connection and session data, such as IP addresses, browser information and login information, to provide and secure the website. These operational data are separate from the anonymous statistics. The basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our website statistics
We keep daily counters for page and property views, WhatsApp clicks and successfully saved enquiry forms. Each counter contains only the date, page or property, language, action and test/live environment. We do not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, search text or messages in these statistics. We use no additional cookies or browser fingerprinting and send no statistics to Google or other analytics services. Technical requests are processed solely to produce these counters, based on our legitimate interest in improving the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Daily counters are deleted after 13 months.
Recipients and service providers
Only authorised people within JACBON can access enquiries. The website and CRM are hosted by Alfahosting GmbH in Germany. We use Brevo for automatic enquiry confirmations, internal notifications and password recovery. The email service processes the recipient address, necessary message content and technical delivery information. Brevo also records opens and link clicks using tracking pixels and redirect links. This email measurement is separate from our website statistics; these data are not imported into the CRM website statistics. Enquiries do not trigger newsletter subscriptions. Data are shared with owners, contractual partners or further providers only where necessary and lawful for a specific requested service. Enquiries are not automatically sent to property portals, DocuSign or ChatGPT.
WhatsApp and external links
WhatsApp is an optional contact channel. You access an external service only when you open the link. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply to that access and communication; data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. You can instead use the form, email or telephone. A recorded WhatsApp click does not mean that a message was sent.
Retention
Enquiry and contact details are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting matter. Data no longer needed are then deleted unless statutory retention requirements or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require otherwise. Technical sessions expire after the inactivity period stated on our cookie page.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Consent can be withdrawn for the future at any time. Contact info@jacbon.eu. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD. We do not make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
